Victoria 99
Just like a 99 ice cream! A delightful vanilla sponge cake with a centre filled with jam, topped with a vanilla butter cream, colourful sprinkles and of course a chocolate flake. Simple but delicious.
Chocolate Orange
Orange zest in the cake. Juice in the butter cream and topped with a segment of Terry’s chocolate orange.
Lemon
Luscious lemon cake with a lemon with a lemon curd filling, topped with lemon buttercream and drizzled with lemon curd.
Brownie
Chocolate sponge with salted caramel icing, topped with a drizzle of caramel and a crumble of brownie.
